Usaloo

People own cameras, camping gear, baby equipment, and tools that spend most of their life unused. Usaloo asks what a neighborhood rental marketplace for Madrid could look like if booking, identity, and payments were treated as real product work.

Next.js on the web, Expo and React Native on the phone, Solito and Tamagui for shared surfaces. Supabase for Postgres, auth, realtime, and storage. PostGIS for nearby discovery. Stripe Connect for payouts and Stripe Identity when trust matters.

Overlapping reservations, blocked dates, ownership, and identity requirements are verified server-side. Row Level Security and migrations keep the database honest. That is the part I care about more than a pretty listing card.
